Translation from french with google translator (bad translation):

May 4 to 6 am the homes of several friends active in Florence have been invaded by the agents of repression. As had been the case in Bologna, the instrument used to attack and stop the comrades of the offense is a delinquere associazione [conspiracy].

78 people are involved in the investigation, among which 22 are within the scope of measures that restrict their freedom. The operation targeted the central group that gathered around the local Spazio Liberato 400 Colpi. Here is their statement.
    Review of the operation

Review of the operation of 4 May: 5 people under house arrest, 17 judicial reviews with the obligation to point, 22 searches of homes, search the Spazio Liberato 400 Colpi (with seizures and destruction of equipment).
Criminal charge: a delinquere associazione [conspiracy]. The allegations are essentially episodes of conflict that took place last fall, but not only. Unauthorized demonstration, occupation, degradation of banks, blocking roads and railways, to hunt clashes Novoli University Santanchè Minister, solidarity rally in the juvenile court during a trial of peers.

    Press Spazio Liberato 400 Colpi

"Conspiracy" they say. We say autonomy, conflict, direct action. They say it's a "dismantling". We laugh, thinking of their illusions.

It is obvious that the operation is the result of yet another legal and we do not want to waste our time talking about it.
The fact that different peers who do not attend meetings of Spazio Liberato 400 Colpi have suffered raids and are within the scope of judicial review does not surprise us. They are comrades with whom we shared struggles, the friendships policies we've always wanted to grow, beyond conventional geopolitical boundaries. Ties that have produced the conflict and that we are made to breathe fresh air in a peaceful Florence.

Blitz against anarchists "they say. We say-insurgency operation against against all those who have decided to abandon the fetish of identity to build a revolutionary real today. Cons who, beyond the chapels and liturgies, had the courage to live with resolve such short spaces of conflict in recent months have created loopholes within the system without going underground or flags or dogmas, but being confronted with a real humility to know and to subvert. This movement real cons since the days of "Onda" [the great Italian student movement of 2008, ndt] started out from the quicksands of student demands and "civil protest", while avoiding to crystallize in identity within any "activist circles.

Newspapers and television may well portray us as they please as a sect anarchoïde isolated. We know that out there in schools in the campus, in neighborhoods, there are comrades who know us and recognize us as comrades. Brothers with whom we shared materially episodes "criminal" for which we are charged: the occupations of those schools to universities, pickets against evictions to block flow through the metropolitan wild demonstrations. We are confident that these political friendships will prove stronger than any police operation.

The strike irreversible advance, always creates more loopholes, the Party concerned of the Order, the Interior Ministry official of the Digos [Italian political police, ndt] local. A student mobilization more lively than usual, a revolt in Piazza del Popolo [name of the place which held most of the clashes in Rome December 14, 2010, ndt], a small set of behaviors and strikers new links. The need to expand and organize the actual movement in Florence as in other cities have already started to become a program.
    Difficult, ambitious, dangerous, true.

But nothing can stop this new spring.

    FREEDOM FOR ALL THE COMRADES
HEAD FOR THE HIGH SOCIAL CONFLICT

    Spazio 400 Colpi Liberato
    for autonomy diffuse

Freedom for Pietro, Lucca, Massi, Dani and Vittorio!

A hello from my heart with peers around which in these hours we have witnessed an emotional solidarity.

Languages are really a problem in times of internationalism, we are currently working on a overview/review of the events and their consequences since november 2010. The necessary contacts and the flow of information are a bit shaky at the moment, hope we get over this and are able to present more information in the next days.
    In the meantime:

Does anybody else have a problem with a way these communiques are written? Every time I see something like this I cannot force myself to finish it because the language used is far too advanced and academic for me to understand. For people who claim to fight for the 'working classes' against repression they sure know how to alienate the majority of people.

Never-the-less, I hope everyone involved is alright and solidarity with all those fighting the Italian legal system!

@Warfiend: its obvious this is a really bad translation to English from Italian probably using Google translator, if you have any experience in this you would spot it right away. It has nothing to do with class division and snobbish language.
