I live in the city of Palmdale located in California, I honestly feel like a poser. I see the flaws in punk and the few "punks" here, I really like the idea of it all. I believe in peace and equality more than anarchy, call me wrong or anything but even these three things make me feel like shit. Peace cannot be reached while humans inhabit the world, there will always be people who just look for problems and well equality can't be reached. Anarchy, well i just don't think that's going to happen. None of the three seem to happen. Can someone relate and share their opinion? I just feel confused and lost. :S

Anarchism means playing the game of life for all of its ups and downs...probably we won´t see a day when all living beings on this planet live in society based on freedom and equality, but also we evolve and who knows what tommorow will bring...my opinion is, if people do not accept the principles of anarchism, we will face the inevitable self-destruction .

Don´t try changing the world, change yourself first.Strength comes from individuals;this system works because we support him.You can always try, we can try making this better place...someone said:If not us, then who?If not now, when?

Humans are conditioned to conform. For example, they did this test where they had three people in an elevator. Two turned their backs and the the other followed. So if we have a society based on equality, freedom and peace, then it is reasonable to assume that this society will have peaceful, equal, and free people. Also, crime doesn't just happen, it has root causes. Poverty for example. So when we rid our lives of these cancers in society, crime will most likely decrease. Will there still be jerkoffs who break the rules? Of course, and we should deal with them. However we should not separate them from their friends and family only to throw them in a cage and learn nothing. We could try a number of things such as re - education or rehabilitation. The notion that humans are naturally evil or have original sin is a cruel and sick joke.

This is not a total peace utopia but it's far more peaceful, equal, and meaningful than the system of wage slavery, mass imprisonment, police oppression, religious fascism, mind control, speciesism, classism, statism, sexism, racism, ableism, and corporatism that we have now.

Not into smoking weed but yeah it's just from my own experience as an anarchist, you can't expect yourself to start a Spanish Civil War every day, so you do many small things that are revolutionary every day, the OP has a very pessimistic outlook and I find that to remain vital and relevant as an anarchist it is important to motivate yourself or face depression and burnout.
