Does not suprise me; McDonalds makes profit from death; they abuse and kill animals and but food poisening and chemicals in their food and make people unhealthy and they die from diabetes or heart attack.

PETA has been saying things about this for years now and it is just now coming to the mass media's attention? If PETA would stop being stupid and actually try to educate people about these things then they might listen. Instead they want to throw pies at people. Anyway. I stopped eating at McMurder's for a while ago. One less chicken that has to suffer I hope

Peta is big business, 190 paid employees with an annual turnover of 32 million dollars, competent media worx and still promoting their animal-shelters - and killing 97% of the non-human customers just out of rentability:
Better off dead than living on da street I guess...

THE shit-point about the evil clown is their impact on low-price production in argentinia and brazil, the continuous disforestation there to make room for the cattle herds and soj-cultivation areas, replacing healthy agricultural structures and the mass of small farmers with enormous monoculture wastelands and large estate property - sorry, my priority victims of this mess are the people driven away and impoverished just for profits.
The reports about their business practices in the western world, especially their treatment of employees date back to the early eighties... wake up people and realize the impact on YOU for fucks sake!

    educating people?
with what - the "morals" and "ethics" of the vegan sectarians, busily producing an endless mass of heartbreaking bambi propaganda including their weirdo versions of biology and "scientific" proof for dehumanisation/anthropomorphism - oh yesss, them evil evil evil consumers...
one for the sarcastic lolz, their youth site in germany:
peta2.de - the portal for animal rights and lifestyle. here you find exlcusive interviews and games to win with your favorite bands and brands... o_O

PETA are mainstream hypocrites and animal killers.
McDonalds treat their workers horrible and are against unions.
They kill millions of animals each year.
McDonalds is one of the faces of Globalzation; you can find McDonalds in the poorest third world countries.
McDonalds's food kills the consumer. Consumerism KILLS!
McDonalds food has chemicals and food poisoning in it.
McDonalds is like all companies; it is corrupt.

PETA's Porn Website To Promote Vegetarian Message (EXPLICIT PHOTOS)
The Huffington Post Tara Kelly First Posted: 9/21/11

More details about PETA's plans to launch a pornographic website emerged this week.
The organization told the Telegraph that the site would be registered under xxx domain and would launch in December.
The aim of the site is to promote the organization's animal rights and vegan diet message, and reach a broader audience.

(WARNING: SOME IMAGES CONTAIN EXPLICIT CONTENT AND MAY NOT BE DEEMED SUITABLE FOR ALL AUDIENCES)*
PETA spokeswoman Lindsay Rajt told the Associated Press on Tuesday that the Norfolk, Virginia-based group has applied with ICM Registry to launch the website peta.xxx.
Rajt said the website will feature graphic videos and photographs. PETA has previously worked with porn stars to get its message across in the past, including adult film stars Sasha Grey, Ron Jeremy and Jenna Jameson.
PETA confirmed the porn website to The Huffington Post in August, saying, "the racy things we do are sometimes the most effective way that we can reach particular individuals."
In support of vegetarianism, PETA describes the treatment of animals on factory farms:
Animals on factory farms do not see the sun or get a breath of fresh air until they are prodded and crammed onto trucks for a nightmarish ride to the slaughterhouse, often through weather extremes and always without food or water.
Many die during transport, and others are too sick or weak to walk off the truck after they reach the slaughterhouse. The animals who survive this hellish ordeal are hung upside-down and their throats are slit, often while they're completely conscious.
Many are still alive while they are skinned, hacked into pieces, or scalded in the defeathering tanks. Learn more about the factory-farming industry. By switching to a vegetarian diet, you can save more than 100 animals a year from this misery.

Well, some of my friends that work in Mcd' said that they are paid enough, if they work over-time or on weekend they are paid more. So, I'm not sure about this..I agree with other stuff you said. I don't have any personal expirience, but I had a need of saying this, and I know it doesn't change a thing about Mcd.

brining offtopic here is pathetic. You're probably just pissed because of the 'troll ban reports' so you post everywhere where I post just to make sure I'm wrong. I said i have no personal expirience. I based my answer on things I have heard from friends who are students and sometimes work in Mcd. My point was - not all workers are threated horrible, obviously. Whats your problem really ? When did I defend mcd ?

hahaha - mr. butcher with the mod cap on:
i have no need to defame anonymous "top posters" (former capitalist lovers) and the whole board off topic on completely another thread and only to chum up to a new member not aware about what she was up to - unlike this typical bleeding heart i addressed Bakica direcly - by name and while he was "on"... talk about something like honesty/fidelity on planet terror?

so i skip discussing attitudes and opinions based not on one's own experience, but the talk of others (selling slaughterd bambis and doing so - collaborating to the evil clown???) and thus of course enough to defy 35 years of critique, keep my mouth shut about such questionable "..." (please fill in), but may i ask:
where is this mysterious thread not meant for "endless flame wars"...?
and sorry, this is an anarchist and anti-capitalist web site? o_O

most McDonalds are franchised so the person who buys the right to use the brand sets pay and other things which usually works out better for the workers than if its a corporate office run store because the guy that's running the place actually knows who is working for him as oppose to some guy three states over lording over a hundred or so stores and having a hole legion of bureaucratic middle managers

dunno, but your obvious preference for doublethink in moments of dire need looks quite fitting for the GA-management of the occupants of melbourne - hurry up, you might come too late... turnskin asshole!

part of the franchise-agreements is always to keep a low pay level, the person taking the franchise isn't free to pay his employees a wage above the usual local niveau. reason for this is the intent to keep the franchise-taking attractive with a promise of practically guaranteed profits - most of donalds workers are part timers on a wage-limited tax-free base and so only benefitting from insurance- and tax free conditions for students and people still attending school - otherwise the majority couldn't live from what they earn. google for "franchise experiences" and you will find lots of reports of this mess running without any support by trade unions or employee organisations. i actually work for the evil clown doing paperworks and alone stating my wage (8,50 Euros/hour) makes a reason for my instant dismissal.
guess i would make more at peta.xxx
    rude gobblez!
so actually Mdmlle. Nike/Mdm. Applez was booked for flame wars?
are we a bit loosing our catch 22-dialectics, butcher bronstein? and dealing the euro-trash cart is pretty daft too?
