    Some of their lyrics certainly have homophobic tendencies, but I don't think they're actually homophobic. Homosexually was much less understood back in the '80s.

    just wanted to shout out and say hello to everyone. i'm new to this site but, i'm enjoying it ! its good to see people of the same general thoughts. :thumbsup: i've been into the music for a while and i'm glad to see there is some form communication between us (the ppl) well thanks to you all!

    I can see that, but still they were pretty straight forward
    Lyrics from the song i'm not a loser:

    "Your pants are too tight
    You fucking homo
    You suck, Mr. Buttfuck
    You don't belong here
    Go away you fucking gay
    I'm not a loser!"

    To a lesser extent:

    Creatures by The Adolescents

    "I'm not accepted by my peers - so what
    I could care less about the queers - they're fucked
    The chicks are hot and full of cheers - pleasers
    They say no so I jerk white tears - teasers"

    If i were to cover the adolescents song live, i would just change the one line of lyrics to reflect not only modern times but my own opinions
    but that one descendents song ruined even the slightest chance i would have given them, they are in fact losers.

    Hi, I'm new so maybe I shouldn't but in, but i don't see anyone mentioning The Ex (from The Netherlands) Especially their early work is worth it.
