What languages do you guys speak? For how long, how fluent are you, etc.

I started taking French in seventh grade and I really enjoy it :) I'm continuing it this fall when I go to the ninth grade. I'd say I'm pretty good at it (written and spoken), though a couple things get confusing. I probably should've taken Spanish since it'd be more useful in the US but whatever. My mother is Thai so I can kind of understand that pretty well, but I don't really speak it well nor can I read the alphabet or write. I like learning languages and being able to communicate with people so in the future I'd like to learn more different languages.

i regret not learning spanish in high school or college... i dropped it all three times i tried to take it, i had teachers who just didn't seem compatible to my learning style. (im sorry but when teaching a foreign language, and you only speak that language while teaching, i am not gonna learn shit.)

Finnish, english, swedish. Few words of other languages. Suomen kielellä mennään lähinnä.

For me it's only german and english, a bit of bavarian slang/dialect but we had some reeducation at my first school so I lost most of the native tongue around here when I was a kid. I can read english good enough, but I lack the practice to speak or write. 17 months ago my girlfriend and me got triplets - and I still try to find out what langwütsch they use - it sound a bit like swedish - woküliwüü - any idea, 'cause even the google translator won't help...
