So I was just wondering if there are any people on this website who used to be racist. I have a few questions for people who were if there are any and they are:

What caused you to change your mind and stop being racist?

And for what reason were you racist?


This post is just help me understand why people can be so hateful.

Not really I was a conformist before I was a nerd and before I became an anarchist punk, and acted like a Homophobe but I was 10 and 11 when I acted like that. I just used gay in a derogatory term a lot to be funny, and that was only for one year, and than I understood that the jocks were trying to make me look stupid, and I grew to hate them. I wasn't very mature back then, and I did not understand anything back then. That was 3 years ago I did not understand what I was talking about. The whole experience of jocks and conformists exploiting me for laughs caused me to become a non-conformist. Learning about Anarchism happened later. I used gay in jokes. I wasn't really a homophobic then I was a child who did not understand that I was being exploited by conformists.

I think I still am I racist towards white people a little bit sometimes. It's really on and off.

Like the fact that we live in European post Imperialism, it's hard not to watch the descendents of the races of the people that dehumanized you, enslaved you, raped your land, murdered your people, and brainwashed you into their agendas and their anti-culture, go around in their suvs and eat at fancy restaurants. I'm not saying this about all white people, but most white people i know, think that their problems are more important, and they look and act better than anyone. And if you act anything above stereotypical, you are a white nigger, or a white indian or something like that. And even if you act like them ( which I don't know why anyone would want to) then they still have to set the ground that they are superior.

I don't know if this is racist, but I HATE white agenda and their ways. Sitting Bull isn't racist because he knows who he is and where he comes from, and he knows that what the white people represented then was from white people. And everything about our culture is all from white people. But they have enslaved us so greatly that we DON'T know who we are. We all sacrifice our identities to live in this Spanish, and British colonial dream.

George Washington and all our founding fathers supported the killing of Indians. And they get stone monuments and shit.

But I calm myself down and realize that I'm not against all white people, beccause like other races nowadays, they are too STUPID to realize what is really going on, I'm against the white man hiding behind all systems and incharge of everything. I'm against the rich white man, and the one's behind the scenes.

Throughout history white people have been nothing but greedy, diseased,dirty, thieving, lying, nonhumans that have enslaved our ancestors and with civilization have slowly influenced and controlled us without even our consent, into adopting their heartless, ridiculous, inhumane ways.

We wonder where our prejudices, and hate stems from. We wonder why their our so many black people on the streets shooting eachother and selling crack with capitalistic mentalities? We wonder why this generation is loosing.

I don't believe this shit happened because of the color, the color is just symbolism. And no I'm not some supremacist, I said we should all rise up against the evil force of the "white man", not "white men".

The Hodenosaunee were Algonquians, and Iroquios.

The truth is they had some wars for a while, and then they saw how it was wrong, and then they formed peaceful democracies and confederacies for hundreds of years, living I suppose the ideal anarchist way. And then the settlers arrived.

And Indigenous wars are WAY different than European warfare. Few people die, and it's usually forged at a long distance and involves strong emotional and spiritual ritualistic tactics.
