    Today is the 12th anniversary of the murder by the Italian State of the young anarchist Carlo Giuliani, I realized that there isn't a thread on here because I've taken it for granted that we all know who he was, but I'm sure that isn't the case, specially with all the younger people that join the forum.

    Carlo Giuliani was an Italian anti-globalization protester and anarchist who was shot dead by a police officer during the demonstrations against the G8 summit that was held in Genoa from July 19 to July 21, 2001.
