I've been semi-attempting (ok, not really.) to. I'm a scrawny fuck, and though I'm pretty athletic, I'm still out of shape, and extremely unhealthy for a vegan of my age. I just want to put on weight, and be better at being mobile, I mean, it's always good to be able to move, fight, run, etc, and actually having some strength, or stamina behind it.

I'm having some problems with eating ( I'm not able to eat much, and my blood tests are not so good, not that I know why, but doctor says so), but I'm still training whenever I can. I'm often hicking, and that's why I'm sometimes in the gym running like crazy. As for strenght work-outs, I do them at home, just to keep myself from dying. I think workouts can be pretty useful, and can make your day better ( I usually get up early in the morning and go to gym and that really makes my day )

I just started working out several weeks ago as I'm trying to put on weight (Skinny as hell). I found some vegan protein powder which I'm taking after my workouts, hopefully that will help with my muscle building.

Yeah, it seems that all veges have problem with being skinny  First, I was a bit afraid to workout since my eating habbits are bad, but when I started it went well. I'm just a vegeterian, so I eat eggs and quinoa, they are full of proteins that are needed for muscle development.
